My website ellasbubbles.com shows lots of broken links when switching between the language. They used to redirect from English to other language for instance Spanish automatically. |

You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements. Hi Kor, sure you are free to activate and deactivate plugins as long as the downtime is minimum. Lets resolve the issues one by one. We start with the broken links issues first. Here is a good example: CORRECT: hidden link <<< this is an English page, from language switcher select Español (U.S.) and it will redirect you to the respective version of the page which is hidden link. PROBLEM/INCORRECT: hidden link <<< this is an English page, switch to Español (U.S.) and you will see the page is redirected to a broken weird looking url. Let's resolve this issue promptly. Thank you. |

Thank you for responding. Upon inspection, I've noticed that the permalinks at this address hidden link were misconfigured, causing issues with the URL slugs. I've reverted it to the default configuration, and it appears to be functioning correctly now. Would you mind verifying? |

You can even try clicking on the correct link for the page in Spanish US language, it goes on a redirect loop and never loads. Spanish US version: hidden link <<< loads bad English version: hidden link <<< loads normal |

For this purpose, we typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you are already familiar with how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded. To assist you further, please follow these instructions: Refer to the instructions provided by WPML on how to provide supporters a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/ If the archive file exceeds 400MB in size, please utilize Duplicator's file filters to exclude the cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files. Once you have the archive file, please share the link with us. You can use services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms as the snapshot file will likely be large. THIS IS A CRITICAL ISSUE: As you can note, we are a multi-million dollar Walk In Tub company operating with WPML as the chosen backbone for our language functionality. These products are own main source of information for Mexico Factories, Spanish Visitors, and thousands of international customers daily. I am not sure what needs to be done on your end to escalate this issue, but it must be done We are familiar with all of the Tools inside of Support/Settings for your plugin, and diagnostics within our Tech Department. Although it is clear that this is a functionality driven issue residing somewhere deeper, and am pushing the task to your end prior to experimentation. We will stop by multiple times a day with new messages, pushing for an update, and a resolution. This must be done in a more prompt manner |

The issue extends beyond just the broken Spanish link; all other language links are also dysfunctional when attempting to switch languages using the language switcher at hidden link. There seem to be misconfigured options that require investigation. If a resolution is not found, I will escalate the matter to our 2nd Tier Support for further assistance.
