Hi there, Are the products translated or are you currently using the feature to "display as translated" ? If yes, please test with a product and translate it. Regarding B2B king plugin, we have one known issue our team is working on resolving. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken ** I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it. Thank you for sharing the access details with me! When I go to WooCommerce->WooCommerce Multilingual I can see that most of the products are indeed translated, however, there are still around 30 products missing translation. When I visit the category and product now it seems like it's working OK without a redirection, can you please verify with me. Are you able to still see this issue? is it possible that the changes performed are working now? Let me know your results, please and if the issue persists share with me where I can reproduce it. |
