Now about the issue, you are reporting, If you create and translate products and then you created and translated categories, you might need to run the sync process.
Also, you shared with me this link: hidden link which is your primary language and it shows empty. So I am not sure if this is the issue.
Let's clear up a little bit things.
First of all, share the category page for both languages and show me what you are are having in the back end. A screencast will be more than enough I think.

Hello, is it possible to translate categories without translating products? Now when I translated the categories the products didn't show up but I restored the page from a backup so I want to do it again
