This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the Shop Manager loses access to wp-admin when removed from the list of Translators in a WordPress site using the WPML plugin.
Solution:
We attempted to replicate the issue by following these steps:
1. Created a new Shop Manager and added the user as a Translator.
2. Logged into the site from another browser using the Shop Manager credentials. The wp-admin still did not load; only the "My Account" page was accessible.
3. Removed the Shop Manager from the list of Translators.
4. Checked again as the Shop Manager, and wp-admin was still inaccessible.
Since the issue could not be replicated on our end, it suggests that there might be another factor specific to the client's site causing this problem. We recommend creating a video demonstrating the steps and sharing it for further assistance.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, please open a new support ticket. Hello There,

As per our conversation, I have converted the chat into a ticket.

I attempted to recreate the issue from your end by creating a new Shop Manager as per your instructions, but I was still unable to replicate the problem. Here are the steps I have taken so far:

- Created a new Shop Manager and added the user as a Translator.
- Logged into the site from another browser using the Shop Manager credentials. The `wp-admin` still did not load; only the "My Account" page was accessible.
- Removed the Shop Manager from the list of Translators.
- I checked again as the Shop Manager, and `wp-admin` was still inaccessible.

It seems I followed your instructions correctly, but since the issue persists, there might be another factor causing the Shop Manager's inability to access `wp-admin`. If you think I may have misunderstood the process, please create a video demonstrating the steps and share it in your next response. I will review it and provide further assistance.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
