Hey there,

In this case, it's best to re-register the website. Please follow these steps:

1. Go to wpml.org/account/sites and remove the website from the list;
2. Add it again and copy the newly generated key;
3. In your website's admin panel, go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab and click on "Unregister WPML from this site";
4. Register the website again, with the key you copied in step #2;

That should do the trick. Let me know how it goes. In case it does not solve it, I'll continue support.

Thank you for sharing the results. I've forwarded that to our accounts team and will get back to you as soon as I hear from them.

Hello,

It’s not possible to add pre-paid credits because your account is currently using the pay-as-you-go (PAYG) method, and these two credit systems aren’t compatible. However, I can request the accounts team to manually add credits by reducing your current PAYG usage—just let me know the website URL and how many credits you want to add.

Please note: this won’t show up as additional pre-paid credits. For example, if your current PAYG usage is 60,000 credits and we apply 20,000 manually, your usage would go down to 40,000. You won’t see 60,000 usage + 20,000 pre-paid—it simply reduces what you’ve already used, it doesn’t add to a separate prepaid balance.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
