=> at the cart page, you will see in "shipping" => actually, we don't offer shipping but collection or delivery at the office. How can I change the word "shipping" ? does WPML do that ?

WPML does not currently have the possibility of changing the text of original strings. However, you can try the following workaround: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/can-i-change-the-text-of-the-original-english-string/#post-13804477
