This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate the copyright information field in the footer using WPML, but the translated string is not displayed on the website frontend. Instead, the original English text appears.
Solution:
To display the translation of the Elementor Pro Templates, you need to translate the templates via translation management rather than using string translation. Ensure that the translation is 100% complete to be visible on the frontend of the website. For more information, please visit Translating Elementor Templates.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the copyright information field in the footer using WPML. The footer and header are edited with Elementor Pro. I have not translated the entire footer to avoid issues like the header disappearing after translation. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
After translating the copyright information field, the translated string is not displayed on the website frontend. Instead of the expected translation, the original English text is shown.

Questions:
Why is the translated copyright information not displaying on the frontend?
How can I ensure the translated text appears correctly in the footer?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

To be able to show the translation of the Elementor Pro Templates you have to translate the templates via translation management and not the string translation.

For more information:

https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/#translating-elementor-templates

The translation also need to be 100% complete to show on the front end of the website.

Thanks.
