This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with the translations on their website, specifically with the header and a ThemeBuilder item (the loop). The English version of the mini header, which is an Elementor template, does not display correctly when the client is logged out, despite appearing normal when logged in. The client has already cleared all the cache they could find.
Solution:
We resolved the issue by first enabling the mini header for the English language page. After further investigation, we found that deactivating the WP Rocket plugin resolved the display issue. We advised the client to reactivate WP Rocket only if the site continues to display correctly.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
