Marketing Tech

When we copied our production website to create pre-production, we saw this prompt:
Site Moved or Copied - Action Required

Looks like this site is a copy of a different site, or moved to a new URL.

() I moved this site to this new URL
() This is a copy of my original site

And we accidentally pick (I moved this site to this new URL) instead of copy.

So right now we are experiencing issues on our production like: Missing Translation, Issues on slugs, etc. and this only happened when we copied the website.

Do you think it created an impact with our wrong choice?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I will try my best to assist you in this case.

Generally, the Move action can't cause that much issues on site as it is recommended if you're moving your site from Development to production.

But, after copying the production site, you've selected the Move Action, and maybe for that reason, your Pre-Production/Staging site becomes the main site for the Translation Editor. So, before suggesting a feasible solution, we need to check further.

We have seen in our system that recently 2 of your sites have been Moved. Can you please share the URL of the Production site where you're having the issue? We will check and let you know what to do next as soon as possible.
