When I try to translate, the translator is not opening at all

marcoR-2	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate content using the WPML plugin, but the translator is not opening at all. When I open the translator, it stays stuck and never loads the content. I cannot translate anything now. Symptoms: The translator is not opening and stays stuck, never loading the content.
