I understand the issue you're having. From the screenshot, it's evident that the translation preference for the field is set to "Translate," which means the content added within the field should be accessible in the Translation Editor.
Could you try the following steps and see if the field data appears in the Translation Editor?
- Open the default page or post where you added the field.
- Make a minor edit to the title and to the list field.
- Save these changes and then update the translation. In the Translation Editor, check whether the field data now appears.
- Complete the translation to 100%, save the changes, and see if this resolves the issue.
Please let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
I tried to log in, but the credentials provided are not working. Additionally, the link to the site you've shared differs from the one mentioned in the ticket description: hidden link
Could you please check and share the correct information? I have enabled private field for you so that you can securely share the information.
Hello There,
Thank you for sharing the access information.
I have checked and found that the custom field is located within an options page named 'Destination Banner'. As you haven't translated the option page contents yet, the default contents appear in the translated version.
Please check the guide below and translate the Option page contents accordingly. The translated contents will appear after that. For your information, the Option page contents need to be translated manually.
