after install WPML server work no normally slowly I must wait 2 minutes to open Products - Attributes page. and I look I/O Usage and Physical Memory Usage FULL immediately ?

According to the log chat, can you please help us move your site to a testing site hosted on Cloudways for further troubleshooting? You can find the details in the private reply below.

Also, please create a full backup of your site and database, then share the backup file with me. I will restore it on the localhost and check the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

Hi,

I do not see your site migrated to the test site on Cloudways I shared above. When accessing the admin area I see the WP memory limit is 128, not 128M then I fix the issue by adding the code below to the file wp-config.php:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Besides that, there are a lot of deprecated PHP errors on your site from many plugins: Porto, RankMath, Ajax Filter ... The current PHP version on your site is 8.2 and some plugins are not compatible with this. You can try to downgrade the PHP version to 8.0 or 8.1 and recheck this issue.
Please check attached screenshots.

Hi,

I'm not able login to your site with the provided account. Can you please share it again? Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

You can also activate the plugin Query Monitor to ensure all the PHP errors are disappeared and recheck the loading time.

Regarding the second issue, it looks like some tables in your database do not have the collation utf8. You can follow the documentation below to use an SQL query or a third-party plugin to fix this issue.

Hi Robert,

My colleague said that you still need help with the performance issue so I re-open this ticket and check this again. I also get the site credentials from another ticket and login to your site.

There is a new version of WooCommerce Multilingual that fixes some performance issues and I update it on your site. You can read the changelog here https://wpml.org/download/woocommerce-multilingual-multicurrency/?section=changelog
I also help you to fix the issue with the WP memory limit, now it shows 512M in WPML > Support as well.

After that, I enable Query Monitor plugin and visit an attribute page in the admin area, it only takes around 2.4 - 3.0 seconds to load the page. Please check the screenshot attached.

Can you please let me know if the performance is better than before?
