Hey man, any updates? So far we have wpml on our website since january. since then we have encountered issues, most of them got resolved so far - which shows you are very eager with your support efforts.
but this one is hopefully the last one, before we can use the page (we have lost a lot of time already) and i need to give the client an update, when we can expect a solution, so that all fields are finally translated without errors within wordpress.
what can i tell him and what can you give me at this point?
we have already spend a lot of money on license and translation, i can not afford to just drop wpml at this point.

Sorry, somehow the possible workarounds are not helping in this case. For example, the following two templates are not showing the error after opening them for editing in Elementor editor and making some minor changes in the settings.

Have you made any changes to the Elementor settings on the staging site? We just noticed that a few of the templates are redirecting to the homepage when accessed from the frontend (please click the above links), not just the one I previously shared.

After conducting a detailed test on our local copies, it appears that your Elementor templates may be corrupted. This is because they frequently trigger fatal errors (like the following), even when all WPML plugins are inactive, especially while editing a template.

We hope you have created the staging site using your hosting provider’s features.
Please grant us access to the live site and allow us to make a copy of it. We hope this will help troubleshoot the issue faster.
Thank you for providing the login information. The footer templates now appear translated into secondary languages, such as English and French, on the live site. Please review the following screencast and share your feedback.

Additionally, please check if you encounter any issues while translating the templates, especially the footer and header. If you do, it would be helpful if you could provide the exact steps to replicate the issue on the live site, along with a couple of screenshots. This will save us a lot of time.

and when i just switch from neotes.com to neotes.com/fr i can not navigate. all links are bringing me back to the german version.
but i want to send people to the french or english version via advertisments, but when they can not stay on the language i have send them to, they will be lost very quickly.

We hope you will extend the validity of the auto log-in URL (live site). Now, you are using the older version of the plugin on your live site.
So one request: Can you please create a new staging site and upgrade to the latest version of plugins and theme there.
It will help us to get the latest copy of your site for testing, and we can make changes in the staging site before applying them to the live site. Please let us know your feedback.
