This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You have translated pages automatically using WPML and now a translator wants to make changes. However, the translator does not have access to make these changes.
Solution:
First, ensure that you have added the local translator correctly by following the steps on this documentation page: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-admin-capabilities/#add-translator.
Once the translator is added, go to WPML -> Translation Management. Here, select the content you want to send for translation and choose 'Send it for translation' (not automatic translation). Finally, assign it to the corresponding translator in the Translation Basket tab.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I have translated pages automatically using WPML and a translator wants to make some changes. I checked in WPML > Gestion de traduction > Traducteurs and see that the translator is set to translate in both directions: FR=>NL and NL=>FR. I am trying to give the translator access to make changes. The issue can be seen at: hidden link

Symptoms:
The translator apparently doesn't have access to make changes.

Questions:
How can I send the translator a translation?
Is it only Admin who can have access?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

After adding the local translator (https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-admin-capabilities/#add-translator) as you did we can see in the screenshots. The translator can translate/review the content in WPML -> Translations.

To assign translations to a local translator you must go to WPML -> Translation management -> Select the content -> Send it for translation (not automatic translation) -> And assign it to the correspondent translator in the Translation Basket tab.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Regards,
Carlos
