[Waiting for user feedback] I want to autotranslate all my media, but cannot get it to work

Background of the issue:
I want to autotranslate all my media from NL to DE.
Even if I do WPML > Settings > Media Translation > Start it does not translate anything
The issue can be seen at: hidden link

Symptoms:
I expected to see autotranslation of all my media, but instead, I got no translation.

Questions:
Why is the media not being autotranslated?
Is there a setting I need to adjust for media translation?
