Issue in translation

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I can't find how to translate the content added in some Elementor templates added to my pages.

Solution:
The content was added to some Elementor sections which are not translated, then the sections were added to a global template. To translate the content you need to translate those sections first.

andreaB-8	I can't find how to translate these blocks in my elementor site hidden link I mean 3 blocks with titles "Revisioni e ricambi" and "Normative" and "Guida alla scelta" and in this page in home page hidden link Slider with title "I nostri prodotti" I think that you've to access to my site for very. Mohamed Sayed	Hi, Could you please confirm that you're following our guide to translate the content created with Elementor? https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/ You should be able to translate those widgets with the WPML translation editor if they're supported. Please check the list of supported widgets: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/#List-of-the-translatable-Elementor-Elements But if you're using custom widgets, please follow our guide here to register them first: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/ After that, make a small change to the original page and update it then update the translation and check if you can see those texts in the translation editor. Mohamed Sayed	The content of the 3 blocks and the slider was added by global templates which are not translated yet. Please go to WPML > Translation Management, and use the search filters to find the following templates then translate them: - Home Slider - Global Section - Revisioni Guida Normative Kindly check our guide for more details: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/#translate-elementor-templates

Mohamed Sayed	They're ready for translation now, please go to WPML > Translations and click the "Take and Translate" button. I've also created a recording showing how those items were sent to the translation queue, please check here hidden link Kind regards.

Mohamed Sayed	You're using another section inside the Global widget which needs to be translated first, please click on this link which will take you to the Elementor templates library: hidden link And click the (+) sign next to the "Revisioni – Guida – Normative" to create the translation for this content. Then go back to the same list hidden link and click the gear icon to complete the translation of the global widget "Global Section – Revisioni Guida Normative"
