Media Translation edit pencil has no effect - WPML

thomasG-103	Tell us what you are trying to do? Trying to translate an image (By-Heart-Recitation-Workshop-tag-logo_ITALIAN.png) the German, Italian, and Spanish translations all show with edit pencils (but I don't know why it's a translation pencil instead of a "+" sign) Is there any documentation that you are following? https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/ Is there a similar example that we can see? Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process. It is possible that those are already translated images. Images are not just translated from WPML media menu but also translated when you attach them to a page and translate the page. Please click on the pencil icon and you can edit the translation. Did you try that? If clicking on the pencil has no effect, could you please open the browser console (F12) and give a screenshot of that window to see if there are any errors? Also, I see the template seems to be broken or not loaded completely, please use CTRL+SHIFT+R to force clear any browser cache. Thanks

thomasG-103	Sumit, you nailed it!! All I needed to do was click CTRL+SHIFT+R to force clear any browser cache. I really appreciate the additional thoroughness of your response and wish you the best of days! Please note that as I submit this response, I am not able, on the form, to click the radio button for "The support team helped me find a fix to the problem" -- but that is the one I am clicking!
