We report this problem to you on the website hidden link (staging).
The permalink relating to the PRODUCT "/product/" (WooCommerce plugin) is correct in the default language (Italian), but is not translated into English. In this case it is always "/product/" even though the translation has been carried out.

I followed your instructions (previous ticket opened) but nothing changes.
We went to WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation > Searched for “product” > Deleted the assigned slug translation and translated it again from prodotto to product and seems to work.
