Hello, Okay to clearify the situation a bit more. My old website was Dutch and this is migrated to .com/nl/. English is now my main language, but all original content is in Dutch. Step 1 is very clear, thank you for that. But to be sure: in what language do I have to write those URLs? The debug information is also uploaded and I am making a back-up now. Kind regards, |

Hello, I just looked into the footer template page and it confuses me. I have one footer template here, it is in Dutch on the English variant. So Do I need to make that one in English and then add a Dutch translation of it by clicking the plus button there? |

Hi, The "Menu 4 - About US" template's default language is Dutch, not English. So please translate it from Dutch to English and check if it works correctly. Best regards, |

I don't know how to do this. I cannot translate it automatically. When I open the Divi editor, I don't know if this is Dutch or English and what the steps are. Do I need to translate it manually. EN - About us should be English. I have a NL - over ons, which is the Dutch version. This project takes quite long now, because I was outsourcing it to someone else who messed it up. Now I am doing it myself without any WPML experience. The menu translations are the last steps of translating the website. Is it possible to get some video call for assistance? I'm available from 22 of July because of holidays. |

Hi, I'm afraid that we don't provide video call support, but we have live chat support. 1) In order to know which language is the default language for a page/post, please check this hidden link">screenshot. In case you see Dutch is the default language, you won't be able to use automatic translation from the Translation Management. However, you can click on the (+) or (Pencil) icons and click translate automatically inside the translation editor.
