Hello! I'm trying to share my credits between my staging site and my production site. All the credits are now on my staging site. When going to Translation Management > Tools I cannot find any section for connected sites. |

Can you please try the following: 1. Go to your WPML account and select the "Add/Remove Credits" button. |

Thanks! I managed to remove the credits from the staging site and add them to my production site. But inside the ATE it still says that I don't have enough credits. |

I am not sure why this occurred so I checked according to site UUID and credits were not correct in our system. I merged sites in the organization, can you check now? In our system for both websites it shows the same amount of credits now, I merged them so they share credit and translation memory. |

Yes, thanks! I can now use the credits on the production site. The translation memory on my production site is more recent than the one on my staging site. I'm not sure if that any affect. But I notice sometimes that the translation memory not always recalls the correct translations. Many times, I need to go back into ATE and correct phrases and URL's. Is there a place where I can check a list of all translations? Just to give you an example, I have translated the word "Höghöjdsbana" countless of times to "High Rope Course". But I still see places where it is translated as "High altitude course". Sometimes, I'm a bit confused how exactly the translation memory works because it doesn't seem consistent all the time. It would be helpful if there was some source I could look at to check what translations are actually inserted in the translation memory. |

Sometimes, the context in which something appears determines its interpretation. Additionally, the timing of a translation and its completion affects the capability of the translation memory. The translation memory cannot access ongoing translations; it can only recall completed ones. Furthermore, altering the translation of a particular segment impacts the suggestions provided by the translation memory. If you encounter recurring terms, you might find our glossary helpful: Please note that translation memory content is not visible externally; it is accessible only within our internal system. |
