Theme got broken when installing WPML

kimberleyS	Hi team, We are having several issues with the theme now. The client approved the English site (it was optimised for desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile). We then installed WPML to add more languages and now the theme looks different. We then tried to deactivate the plugins, but unfortunately, the bugs are remaining. Please assist.
