a part of English footer got again translated into German almost immediately after updating the footer back to English

Can you record a short video using tool such as hidden link to show this, making sure that the workaround is still in place?

I don't mean this part where the code was changed. I mean this:

I suppose this happens in the Customizer or wherever you see this change happening?

I’ve already applied the workaround from https://wpml.org/errata/admin-strings-replaced-by-translations-after-visiting-the-customizer/.

Could you try replicating the issue? I’m wondering if a caching or other plugin might be influencing this. We recently had a similar case where NitroPack was the culprit, though I see you’re not using it.

Would it be possible that you try by disabling both server side caching and WP rocket? Only temporary as a test.

Or we can do this - we have an option to provide Cloudways server where we can do various test without influence of any caching.
