danielH-157	Background of the issue: I was trying to pay the amount for WPML, but the transaction did not go through as expected. Symptoms: WPML says try again, and now 200 euro has been deducted from my card. Questions: Why did 200 euro get deducted from my card when the payment was unsuccessful?
