I want to set the 2nd language slides, but it shows black of the slide. I found a strange thing that it shows the same problem, but after I open the page in the next morning, the original translated banner can show the photos properly.

I had setup a testing website, it only has a slide and banner, it shows correctly.
As I understand - you were trying to translate the slides and once you done the translation and try to check on frontend it was not working as expected and slides were not displayed on translated page but later on it start automatically working. If this is true - that could possibly cache issue.
If you still have issue I am happy to take a look at this issue further, otherwise you are welcome to close this ticket if its working as expected.
