This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client could not download the ACFML plugin from the downloads page of WPML.

Solution:
1. Please try another browser and go to WPML downloads: https://wpml.org/account/downloads/ page and scroll it a bit more down and see if you see the ACFML plugin under the WPML components for compatibility with the popular plugins section.

2. You can also download the Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual plugin directly from here:
https://wpml.org/download/acfml/

3. If you have registered WPML plugins on your site, you should be able to install WPML plugins from Plugins >> Add New > Commercial tab.

I am trying to locate the download link to ACFML because I need to translate some ACF content on a site. However - I can't find the download link anywhere. Not even on the download page.

On this page https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/ if I click the button "Get ACFML" I am taken to the download page.. But under "Manual download" there is only the Multilingual CMS and String Translation. Strange indeed..

Hi Norman,

Thanks for your reply. It looks like, however, that I already have the ACFML plugin. Please see one of the attached screenshots - on the add plugin Commercial this is what I see. It's not possible to select the plugin - just like I can't select the two on the top. Could it be that it comes bundled with the main plugin?

The strange thing is that if I go to my plugins I can only see 2 WPML plugins installed but no ACFML plugin. Please have a look at the second attached screenshot.

So maybe it's already installed and came bundled with the main plugin? I am confused.. How can I find out if it's already installed ?

Thanks for getting back to me.

1. You should be able to see that plugin at the top of the Plugins >> Installed Plugins page under Advanced Custom Fields plugin as you can see in the attached screenshot.

2. The disabled checkbox from Plugins >> Add New > Commercial tab means those plugins are already installed on your site.

So, I can confirm that the Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual(ACFML) plugin is installed successfully on your site and you can start using it by following this doc: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/

Thank you
