This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
After translating a WooCommerce product gallery using WPML in Elementor, the gallery shows 'No Product Found' despite selecting the correct categories in the English version.
Solution:
First, ensure that you have translated the product categories. To do this, navigate to WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Category (tab).
Next, confirm that the products within the category are also translated. If they are not translated, they will not display in the gallery.
Then, go to WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Settings > Media Translation. Ensure all checkboxes are enabled and click the Start button. Wait for the process to complete.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a WooCommerce product gallery using WPML in Elementor on my site hidden link. After translating, I edited the English version of the page and selected the correct categories. The changes appeared successful in the preview.

Symptoms:
After saving the page, the WooCommerce product gallery in Elementor shows 'No Product Found'.

Questions:
Why does the WooCommerce product gallery show 'No Product Found' after translation?
How can I ensure the correct categories are displayed after saving the page?

Hi,

Welcome to WPML support. Would you please inform us which gallery Element you used for the Woocommerce products? Did you use the Element inside a single template created via Elementor for products? And if yes, which Element you used for the gallery.

One other thing is that I wonder if you translated the product categories in the first place or not. Because if you did not then you will not have any products to show for a category that is not translated.

To translate product categories go to WP Dashboard > Woocommerce > Woocommerce Multilingual > Category (tab)

Also, the products inside the category in question also needs to be translated to be able to see the result.

Finally, do as follows:

- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Settings > Media Translation".
- Make sure that all the enabled checkboxes there are checked.
- Click the "Start" button.
- Wait for the process to finish.

If the problem persists, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Also tell me which page to check.

Thanks.
