I have a problem with translating another mail though. It is the cart abandonment recovery mail. This mail is generated from the WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin. The page where this mail can be edited is found here:

Unfortunately that plugin isn't compatible with WPML (https://wpml.org/plugin/). Previously there have been couple of reports for the same and our team tried to communicate with 'em but they seem not interested (https://wpml.org/it/forums/topic/sostituzione-plugin-carrello-abbandonato/).

I'll advise to contact the plugin author and ask for a compatible solution.
