This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
How to translate the heading that is built using Crocoblock/Theme Templates
Solution:
1. Go to WPML >> Settings > Post Types Translation section.
2. Set the Theme Parts (jet-theme-core) post type as “Translatable only show translated items”.
3. Go to Crocoblock >> Theme Templates.
4. Translate the Header template into a secondary language
If still an issue persists, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.
Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.
=== Please backup your database and website ===
✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.
Please note that we limit one issue per chat/ticket as per our support policy. Regarding the text translation on search results page issues, it's a different issue and will be handled separately as per our support policy. I have created a new ticket for this: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/string-translation-from-search-results-page/
Thanks for the login details. I have logged in to your site and followed the below steps:
1. Went to WPML >> Settings > Post Types Translation section.
2. Set the Theme Parts (jet-theme-core) post type as “Translatable only show translated items”.
3. Went to Crocoblock >> Theme Templates.
4. Translated the Header template into English language and it seems to be working correctly:
5. You should be able to translate/update it from here: hidden link
