Tell us what you are trying to do?

1. I like to translate a headline in the header.
"WEBBASIERTES TACHOGRAPHEN MANAGEMENT".
But I can not find it in String or other translation.

2. I like to translate the search result pages. The original is in English.
I need it in German and French translation.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I have noticed that the header headline is coming from the Elementor page builder and you should be able to translate it by following the particular section in the below doc:
https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/#translate-elementor-templates

If still an issue persists, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

Please note that we limit one issue per chat/ticket as per our support policy. Regarding the text translation on search results page issues, it's a different issue and will be handled separately as per our support policy. I have created a new ticket for this:

Thank you for your cooperation and patience

Thanks for the login details. I have logged in to your site and followed the below steps:

1. Went to WPML >> Settings > Post Types Translation section.
2. Set the Theme Parts (jet-theme-core) post type as “Translatable only show translated items”.
3. Went to Crocoblock >> Theme Templates.
4. Translated the Header template into English language and it seems to be working correctly:
5. You should be able to translate/update it from here:

Could you please check and confirm?

Thank you
