Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue where translations are stuck on an infinite loading icon. I have ensured that the memory and parameters required by our hosting are OK.

I attempted to cancel and re-launch the translation batch, but nothing worked. Every plugin is up to date.

I'll continue to help you with this issue.

Currently, I can see one translation job that is stuck. It is the homepage. Please see the attached screenshot. We are investigating this issue.

Are there any more pages you see stuck?

Hi,

When we attempt to re-deliver the translation job in question from our end, we receive a 500 error response from your site's server. We need to check for PHP errors while we try to re-deliver the job. For this, we need to enable WordPress's debug log. Is it enabled on your site?You can read more about it here.

Since we need to re-deliver the job from our side and immediately check for errors, we must have FTP access. However, you have not provided it yet.
Can you please provide FTP access to your site?

Our second-tier supporter was unable to solve this issue from our side. He asked me to get a copy of your site for further investigations. Please allow me to take a copy of your site. For this, I must install a plugin like Duplicator or All In One Migration. Please let me know if you agree.

It's now been 20 days since the initial support ticket date and nothing has been fixed yet.

These delays are unacceptable...

Can you please take the time and fix this issue with your plugin? We're paying money to get a support that for now hasn't produced anything...!

Hi,

Our second-tier supporter checked the production site to review some settings and noticed that WPML was deactivated — it appears you're currently using GTranslate instead.

When they temporarily reactivated WPML, they encountered an issue with the language configuration. On the WPML settings page, they also saw a banner indicating that the site had been moved to Cloudways. This may not have been intended, and such a change can impact how translations function.

It's difficult to proceed with troubleshooting while the site appears to be in this state. We recommend addressing this issue first so we can continue the investigation properly.

Can you address this issue?

If a site has been moved to another server, you must tell WPML what to do with the translations. A banner in the admin will indicate this, and you must decide what to do with the translations from the original site.
