This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the translated footer and banner added using the Divi Theme Builder only display in German, despite being translated into English. This problem occurs on both the German and English versions of the site.
Solution:
We recommend following the steps in our guides for the Divi and Translation Dashboard to ensure proper translation management. First, visit the Translating Your Contents guide and the Divi Builder Compatibility guide. Then, navigate to WPML -> Translation Dashboard. In the Divi Header Template, ensure you send all posts to translation. This action should help display the footer and banner in the correct language for each site version.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to add a Footer saved in the Library using the Divi Theme Builder on my site hidden link. The footer is translated using WPML.

Symptoms:
When I add the translated footer to the page, it only shows in one language (German) for both the German and English site.

Questions:
How can I ensure the footer displays in the correct language for each site version?

Hi,

This ticket has been inactive for some time. I didn't get a reply from you. I've converted this chat into a support ticket because you may still require our assistance. If you do, please reply to this ticket.

Please proceed with my suggestions from the chat and see if it helps to solve this issue.

You need to follow our DIvi and Translation Dashboard guides.

https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/
https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/divi-builder/

You need to go to WPML -> Translation Dashboard, and in the Divi Header Template, you need to send All Posts to translation. Please see the attached screenshot.

Regards,
Itamar.
