Hi, I tried to reproduce this issue here: But I can add the manual item on hidden link When I click "Recalculate" it remains. Can you check if the issue happens in the above Sandbox? |

I'm not sure i quiet follow you. In the staging environment i have provided for you the issue persist even when changing themes. I have made several test with the other plugins and standard themes and it's not workin, when the newest version of the WPML plugin is active. The previous version of the plugin however doesn't produce this is issue. I'm going to roll back the plugin to the previous version for now, until you have something concrete for me. |

Just to clarify—at this stage, I only need you to confirm whether the issue also happens on the Sandbox I shared: This step is important because it determines how we proceed: - If the issue also occurs on the Sandbox, then it’s likely a genuine bug, and I’ll escalate it internally as is to our developers. Let me know what you find when testing on the Sandbox! |

Thanks for clarifying Bruno! 🙂 I have now tried it in Sandbox and the issue is not happening there. I already have a staging site of the website that's looking just like the live site, the only difference is the version of the wmpl plugin. Can you use that for testing? |

Thanks for the update and the test. Since the issue doesn’t occur in Sandbox but does on your live/staging site, testing directly on your staging environment would be very helpful. Would you be willing to provide me with WordPress admin credentials so I can investigate the issue directly? As part of the troubleshooting process, I will install the Duplicator plugin and generate a site package for further debugging. I’ll exclude media files to keep the package size minimal. Please confirm if this approach is acceptable to you. |

The site database is quite large so it took some time to deploy the website on my localhost. This is what I see: I don't see the error, you can see which plugins and theme I left active. Can you try the same setup in the staging website so I could try? Or tell me if I am missing some step to reproduce this issue? Perhaps it is some server caching involved that is causing this issue, because on my localhost I have no caching of any kind. |

Hello, I have just tried to update all plugins so everything is the same as on the live site and i'm able to reproduce the error. I have also reached out to our regular developer we use (located in Spain), and he was able to reproduce the same error in the staging environment. Can i have you try in the staging environment again? hidden link |

The issue would be visible on hidden link? Can I update WPML on hidden link, disable all the plugins and activate WordPress default theme? Because that's what I did on my localhost instance and the issue is not there, as visible on my video, so I suspect there may be some caching involved. |

I'm sorry but i just noticed i hadn't updated the WPML plugins to the latest versions and that's the reason you couldn't replicate the issue. The issue happens when updating the wpml plugin to the newest version released the 3rd of April. If i could have you try one last time at the address you correctly stated, i'm 100% sure that it will replicate the issue. |

Ahh i see and i just tried on the staging site with all plugins deactivated and i think i have the error, however i still have no clue to why it's happening. The conflict is between the new WPML plugin and another plugin called "B2B for WooCommerce" by addify. Actually i wrote to them a couple of weeks ago because i thought i had located the problem to their plugin, because when i their b2b plugin off, the recalculate function on admin order creation worked just fine and this was with your plugin still being active. However it's the same case with your WPML plugin. When the b2b plugin is left active and the WPML plugin is turned off, the function is also working. I hope it makes sense, otherwise please let me know and i'll create a loom video for you. And i'm not a php or javascript expert but i have a feeling that it has something to do with how the tax is calculated and called with both plugins being active at the same time. |

If possible, please install B2B for WooCommerce on hidden link Also record a video so I could see this happening, as I failed to reproduce this issue on all the sites so far. |
