Hi, I have two problems, first the elemet work with us is suppoused to be within contact in the menu, but is not working propperly in japanese and korean.
Here is the ticket. I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
I've deactivated the "LiteSpeed Cache" plugin cache temporarily so that the site is showing the live changes. Could you please check and see if the page is showing the correct toggle contents for you?
Also, please update all WPML plugins and let me know how it goes.
I've checked your Website plugin section hidden link and both WPML plugins are not updated yet. Could you please update it? Remember to backup if you haven't already.
Then go to the primary language page here hidden link and make minor edits to the page title so that the "Advanced Translation Editor" refreshes. Then, retranslate the page and see if it fixes it. Let me know how it goes.
