Not able to update the parent page

franck	Hi I am trying to update the parent page from backend of default language. But it is not updating. If I deactivate the WPML plugin and update the parent page then it works. Thanks.

Bobby Supporter Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	Hi There, Do you see any errors when trying to update your default language page with WPML activated? 1. Right click=>Inspect->View console, are there any console errors logged? 2. You can see how to enable debug logging here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/ Go in your wp-config.php file and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to: define('WP_DEBUG', true); Edit your wp-config.php file and add these lines, just before it says 'stop editing here': ini_set('log_errors',TRUE); ini_set('error_reporting', E_ALL); ini_set('error_log', dirname(__FILE__) . 'https://cdn.wpml.org/error_log.txt'); This will create an error_log.txt file in your site's root directory. Please send me its contents. 3. Please update your WPML version to the latest version and let me know your results https://wpml.org/downloads/

franck	Hi Bobby, Thanks for replying. 1. I checked the console. There were errors. But it was related to hubspot plugin we have used. (Updated the screenshot for your reference) 2. Bobby Supporter Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	Thank you for the information I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue. (preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible) Before we proceed I recommend taking FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it. NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin. Thank you, Bobby

Bobby Supporter Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	Hi There, I did a few tests with some other pages and it worked as expected when saving them. The issue with the page EHG Traiteur Genève. is that the French page was set as the translation of the English page and the English were set as the default. I have fixed this now and it seems to update as expected. Let me know your results, please.
