I'm trying to edit the page but unable to load Elementor

I have checked the stack traces and understood the issue. As I have identified a Fatal Error there, let's try to fix that first.
The "not found" error clearly indicates that something is missing from the Plugin and in this case, it is a Class. Would you please deactivate and delete the "WPML Multilingual CMS" plugin from your site and then reinstall the plugin again?
This action will reinstall the missing thing, which may resolve the issue.

I can understand your concern. It shouldn't affect your site contents and layouts. All the translated data are saved already in the database. So when you activate the plugin again, the translated contents should start to appear properly.
But, it is advisable to take a full backup of your site including the database to be in the safe side. I hope you can understand.
Currently, my website is having WPML Media, WPML Multilingual CMS and WPML String Translation plugins, do i need to deleted all these plugins and reinstall the latest plugin (https://wpml.org/account/downloads/)?
Deleting the "WPML Multilingual CMS" plugin will be enough as the error originates from there. After that, download the latest version from your WPML Account and reinstall the plugin on your site.
I have deleted the old "WPML Multilingual CMS" and installed the new plugin but why now my default english page is change to other language? please help urgently as my site is Live.
