This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client's website still shows as a developer site despite following the instructions on WPML.org to publish it as a production site.
Solution:
We recommend trying the steps outlined in the section "What if the notice still appears after moving to production?" You can find detailed instructions here: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-remove-the-this-site-is-registered-on-wpml-org-as-a-development-site-notice/#what-if-the-notice-still-appears-after-moving-to-production.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket with us for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Hello Kor,

Apologies for the late response. I am hoping you can help me with something within the next couple of hours today, regarding changing the website from developer to production.

As you can see in the screenshot attached, the site is still shown as a developer site regardless of the fact that i went into wpml.org and published it to production according to the instructions. What else could I do to ensure it is a production page rather than developer?

I f you could please help us ASAP that would be much appreciated!

Regards,
David

Thanks for your reply.

Could you try the solution from "What if the notice still appears after moving to production?" as explained here https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-remove-the-this-site-is-registered-on-wpml-org-as-a-development-site-notice/#what-if-the-notice-still-appears-after-moving-to-production and see if it helps?

Hi Kor,

This resolved my issue thank you, however I have another small issue I'm hoping you can open a ticket for and help me with!

As you can see in the screenshot, our domain for pixolo.com doesn't appear registered and doesn't have the ticks like the other domain, what could be the reason for this?

Kind regards,
David

Thanks for your reply. That checkmark indicates what you've installed. The first one is WPML and the second icon is the String Translation. You can ignore that for now if everything is working fine on your Website. The checkmark should appear on its own soon.

Hi Kor,

We have followed the instruction as displayed here (https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-url-options/how-to-use-wpml-with-different-domains-per-language/).

Despite that, the .com domain still shows up as "coming soon". I have asked the team if they have followed everything, i.e. configured the DNS settings and they said they have. Would you know what could be the reason for why it still doesn't work.

Kind regards,
David
