This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported issues with translating the 'add to cart' button and 'technical info' text using WPML. Additionally, the 'Koszyk' text in the menu was not being found.
Solution:
We identified that the cart button was set by the client's theme, likely created via a Header or Template Builder. We recommended navigating to WPML > Translation Manager, searching for the header element, sending it to translation, and completing the translation. This approach should resolve the translation issues.

If this solution does not apply because it might be outdated or not relevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,

I noticed that the cart button is set by your theme (upon deactivating your theme in my local copy, the button disappeared). I assume it was created via a Header or Template Builder inside your theme, is that so?

If that's the case, please go to WPML > Translation Manager, search for the header element, send it to translation and complete the translation. Let me know if that solves the issue for you.
