This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client created a pattern and added it to the theme folder, but after following the instructions and adding it via XML code, the pattern was not available for translation. Solution: 1. We recommended the client to take a copy of their pattern file code. 2. We instructed them to replace the original code with the new code provided in our response. https://pastebin.com/CYa6V8cZ 3. After replacing the code, we advised the client to navigate to WPML-> Theme and Plugin Localization, select their theme, and scan it for strings. 4. Finally, we suggested searching for the pattern strings in WPML-> String Translation using the provided link. https://ile.ua/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpml-string-translation%2Fmenu%2Fstring-translation.php&context=wpml-fix

I created a pattern and added it to the theme folder.
Then, following the instructions on your site, I added it via XML code. But that doesn't solve the problem - it is not translated (and apparently not available for translation).
What should I do?
Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
1) Would you please elaborate more on the issue to help me understand it better?
It would be very helpful if you could share screenshots or a screen-recorded video while reproducing the issue.
2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me much information about how your site is configured.
Thanks for your update. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and Theme and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
I installed a local copy of your site to check the issue without affecting your site. I was able to fix the issue by the following steps:
1- Delete the pattern file from the theme/patterns/history
2- Edit the "Single Product" template
3- Transform it into blocks
4- Add the history pattern and update the template
5- Go to WPML-> Translation Management
6- Translate the "Single Product" template
