This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
If you're experiencing repeated HTML blocks after translating articles using WPML, where the first HTML block keeps repeating in translations, this is a known issue.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to address this issue:
1. Confirm if you are using WPML version 4.7.0, as this version introduced the problem. You can read more about this issue on the WPML errata page: Editing translations with Classic Translation Editor (CTE) may break with WPML 4.7.
2. Consider these options:
A. Downgrade to WPML version 4.6.15 and WPML String Translation 3.2.18.
B. Apply the suggested patch.
**** Important! Please make a full site backup (files and DB) before you proceed with these steps****
