This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to proceed with translations from English to Arabic using WPML, despite having credits. The translation status is stuck on 'Waiting for translator to Arabic'.
Solution:
1. Check WPML-> Translations to see if any string packages need translation.
2. Provide debug information to help diagnose the issue further. Instructions on how to provide this can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support
3. To resolve the credit issue, follow these steps:
- Log in to your WPML account and go to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/
- Delete the existing site key.
- Create a new subscription key for your site.
- Go to the Site Dashboard, navigate to Plugins >> Add New >> Commercial tab.
- Click on the 'Unregister WPML from this site' button.
- Register with the new site key and refresh the page.
- Assign the credits to the site.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend opening a new support ticket. It's important to address one issue per ticket to help us focus and assist you better. Additionally, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I want to translate the string from English to Arabic using WPML. The translation status is showing 'Waiting for translator to Arabic' even though I have credit available in my account. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The translation status is stuck on 'Waiting for translator to Arabic' despite having available credit.

Questions:
Why is the translation status showing 'Waiting for translator to Arabic'?
How can I resolve the issue of the translation not proceeding despite having credit?

Hi,

I deleted the access details for your site's safety. If you don't see the form below, please don't add your credentials, as they will be publicly exposed. (hidden link)

1) Please let me know the answer to the question in my previous reply.

2) Please add the debug information

3) Please try the following steps to fix the credit issue:

1. Please login to your WPML account >> go to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete the existing site key.
3. Create a new subscription key for your site.
4. Visit the Site Dashboard and go to Plugins >> Add New >> Commercial tab.
5. Click on the “Unregister WPML from this site” button.
6. Register with the new site key and refresh the page.
7. Assign the credits to the site.

If the above steps didn't help, please open a new ticket for the credits issue. We try to keep one issue per ticket in our forum. Continuing with one ticket per issue helps supporters focus on one issue at a time and enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

Thanks for your understanding

Best regards,
Osama
