Problem:
You are experiencing an issue where the automatic translation process on your site stopped after the initial payment of 100 euro.
Solution:
First, check if your Pay-as-you-go subscription is still active. You can do this by navigating to WPML -> Translation Management -> Tools tab on your site. If the subscription is inactive, you may need to reactivate it to resume automatic translations.
If you need immediate assistance, you can also open a chat with us if one of our colleagues is available. Should you choose to use the chat for this issue, please mark this ticket as solved to prevent duplication.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML for automatic translation on my site hidden link. After paying the first 100 euro, the automatic translation process stopped.

Symptoms:
The automatic translation process stopped after the initial payment of 100 euro.

Questions:
Why did the automatic translation stop after the payment?
How can I resume the automatic translation process?

1.- It seems the Pay-as-you-go subscription was cancelled. Please go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Tools tab and check if the Pay-as-you-go is still active on your site

2.- Yes, you can open a chat if one of my colleagues is available. If you open a chat for this same issue, I kindly ask you to set this ticket as solved to avoid duplicated.
