marcellom-15 Site owner	Background of the issue: I am working on a site under development and purchased 40k credits from this account. Symptoms: The 40k credits I bought never arrived and are not showing up on my profile. Questions: Why have the 40k credits not appeared on my profile? How can I resolve the issue of missing credits?
