elliotN-2	Background of the issue: I am trying to add a custom flag on my WordPress site. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link Symptoms: I expected to see the custom flag, but instead, I got an unexpected result. Questions: How can I successfully add a custom flag? What might be causing the custom flag not to appear as expected?

elliotN-2	I need to open a live chat with a support staff. I managed to do this a few days ago when I purchased WPML but now I can't find that option.
