Hi,
I would like to translate my gravity form named Lotery in both EN and FR, but I can't reproduce the exemple you give in your documentation.
Apparently my installation of WPML do not permit me to translate some gravity forms into multiple languages. This method : https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/gravity-forms-multilingual/ does not work for me, I'm not able to add the form named Lotery to be translated.
I created another gravity form named Lotterie for the FR language, but because I don't want the users to be able to register on both forms EN and FR, I would like to make the translation to work to use only 1 form to register both EN and FR users.

Thank you in advance 🙂

Hi Johan,

Good morning! To be able to translate Gravity Forms, you must have our Gravity Forms Multilingual glue plugin installed. After reviewing your debug information, I noticed you hadn't installed it yet, so you're having difficulty translating Gravity Forms.

First, download and install the Gravity Forms Multilingual (https://wpml.org/download/gravityforms-multilingual/?section=changelog) plugin, then follow the instructions in the documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/gravity-forms-multilingual/#getting-started.

I'm confident that this will help you out. Please let me know how it goes!

Best regards,
Faisal

And also it seems, before installing the Gravity Form Multilingual plugin, it was already a gravity form included in the WPML translations called "Demande d'accréditation" but not the new I've made, maybe it's related

Hi Johan,

Good morning, and I hope you're doing well. I would be glad to help you with your inquiry.

Can you please provide me with details about how you've attempted to translate Gravity Forms after installing our glue plugin? If you've attempted an automatic translation and it did not work, you may want to try the solution provided here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/gravityforms-is-not-translating/#post-13137751.

If you continue encountering issues after following this guideline, please provide me with details, including any relevant screenshots, so I can better understand the problem and investigate it further.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Best regards,
Faisal
