Hello there Thank you for contacting us. I am happy to help you. The difference I can see for the menus in your screenshots is that there is no language switcher if you are not logged in. I have checked your website and everything seems ok for me, please check the screenshot Can you please also check by using private mode in your browser in case there is some cache locally and this is the reason you cannot see any language menu if you are logged out?
