I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to you regarding an issue I encountered with the WPML plugin after importing a demo through the GeneratePress Library.
I have been using the WPML plugin successfully on my website, and it has been working well with the normal GeneratePress theme. However, as soon as I imported a demo through the GeneratePress Library, the translations provided by the WPML plugin stopped showing up in the header.
I have already taken the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Verified that I have the latest version of the WPML plugin installed.
Created a backup of my website before importing the demo.
Imported the demo through the GeneratePress Library.
Checked the WPML settings and made sure all required settings are intact.
Reconfigured any missing or incorrect settings related to header translation.
Saved the settings and cleared caching plugins.
Despite these efforts, the translations are still not appearing in the header as expected. I have also tested the website on multiple browsers and devices to rule out any browser-specific issues.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I kindly request that a support representative joins me on a live chat session or provides step-by-step instructions via email to fix this issue. Any guidance or insights you can provide would be highly valuable.
Please let me know if you require any additional information or access to my website in order to investigate the problem further. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Noman Mehmood
