Background of the issue:
I am trying to fix the password reset URL for the English language on my WooCommerce site using WPML. The site is hidden link.

Symptoms:
The password reset URL for the English language redirects to the login page instead of the password reset page.

Questions:
How can I fix the password reset URL issue for the English language?

What are the steps I need to take to replicate this problem?

Hi Itamar,

You can check it here:

EN (2nd language): hidden link, is not working. It should show other page with form to enter emailaddress.

NL (primary) does work: urban-goddess.com/mijn-account/wachtwoord-vergeten
DE (2nd language) also works: hidden link

You gave me access to hidden link, and this is the site I wanted to take a copy of. However, I can't reach it now. I get this error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. Please see the attached screenshot.
