[Assigned] Woocoommerce Bookings - New Booking Notification and Pending Confirmation Email

Background of the issue:
I am using WooCommerce Bookings with WPML, and I want my customers to receive booking confirmation emails correctly. Currently, they receive two pending confirmation emails, one in Italian and one in English, but they are the same email. I have been in contact with WooCommerce support regarding another issue where the New Booking email notification is not sent to my admin when a customer makes a booking. WooCommerce support suggested contacting WPML for assistance, as they have had similar issues before, as noted in this link: https://wpml.org/errata/woocommerce-bookings-multiple-booking-confirmation-emails-sent-for-each-language/.
Symptoms:
Customers receive two pending confirmation emails in different languages, but they are the same email. Additionally, the New Booking email notification is not sent to the admin. In the screen attached this customer made 2 bookings and only one New Booking mail was sent to my admin.
Questions:
Why are customers receiving two pending confirmation emails in different languages?
Why is the New Booking email notification not being sent to the admin?

Since I 've some issues with my staging site, I've tested it in first place in troubleshooting mode with Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin . This is the screen with the results. It seems to work right.
Anyway since I didnt activated Woocommere Booking but only Woocommerce, I dont understand why I still can see the bookable products.

No, I did not resolve it yet. My site keeps sending duplicate Pending Confirmation emails to customers and occasionally (about half the times) not sending New Booking emails to my admin.
I only tested by troubleshooting mode with Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and it seemed to work with Woocommerce Bookings deactivated.
