Dear all

We found out a very strange, new behaviour.

The website is automatically changing the multicurrency setting from customer location to site language. This happens approximately after 1 hour of saving the new settings by us.

We have updated just the stripe payment plugin and rolled it back and tested again, this is NOT the problem.

Please help check URGENT.

Additional information:

We can confirm now, that this automatically is changing after exact 60 minutes saved the settings to customer location.

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. It seems that the issue could be related to cache and probably cron jobs as you mentioned that it was every 60min.

I see that you're using the plugin Advanced Cron Manager, could you please check if you have any cron running every 60min? In parallel try to purge any cache you may have (plugin, server side etc...) right after saving the new settings.

Hi Nicolas

Thanks for your answer. We don't have a related cronjob and our back end is not cached.

Hi,

Thanks for looking into this. Would you be able to create a staging copy of your site and provide me access?

I will activate a private field for your next answer where you can provide that information safely (this field is only visible by you and the support team). Don't share your own admin account, create a new one that you will delete when we finish troubleshooting.

IMPORTANT: Before we proceed, please backup your site and database.
