Canot update WPML & Manual downloads failed

Dimitri	Hello, My licence is up to date. WPML updates failed and I can not download archives on your website. I get the following error This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. <Error> <Code>AccessDenied</Code> <Message>Access denied</Message> </Error> Whats wrong ? Thank you
