It happens because the site is registered as development site. Please try the steps suggested in the following FAQ article after a site backup and let us know your feedback.

Do I need to have 2 domains/site keys registered, one for development, and one for prod?

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. Have you moved the Development site to Production? If you are not deleting the dev site, you can keep the site keys for the dev site and live site. Please refer to the following documentation for more details.
